How Does It Work?

After you order your service package, your expert will call you. With your permission, the expert will connect to your PC via the internet.

It's very important that the PC that needs work be attached to the internet and be turned on otherwise your expert will not be able to assist you.

You also need to provide a valid email address and phone number so that your expert can contact you.

What Are Your Hours Of Support?

Immediate Assistance is available from 9AM until 8PM Eastern M-F. Before and after those hours please call and leave a message. An Expert will return your call ASAP

Is It Safe And Secure?

Yes! The connection to your PC is encrypted over a secure channel. Your payment information is handled by PayPal. We never see your payment information.

What Can't You Fix?

We can fix any issue that is software related. However, if there is a hardware related issue such as a failing drive or bad memory we will not be able to fix that. Your PC MUST be able to reach the internet for us to help you!

Do You Support Macs?

Not at this time. We hope to add Mac support in the near future.

This is very useful for getting expert advice on something that you want to do but are unsure of. Such as buying a new PC, printer or networking gear.
